"The Great One" is one of six Three Rivers Film Festival offerings screening at The Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center from Nov. 15-17

"The Great One" is a Pittsburgh-filmed coming-of-age dramedy about a young girl who's obsessed with baseball and the 1970s Pirates. Now an award-winning and somewhat jaded sportswriter, she flashes back to her childhood in Pittsburgh after returning home to attend a friend's funeral. This screening will be immediately followed by a Q&A with members of "The Great One" filmmaking team. Tickets are available via Film Pittsburgh's website and in person on the day of the screening.
